Ingredienser
- 175 g Quorn fars
- 1 grøntsagsbouillonterning, smuldret
- 1 spsk olie til stegning
- 1½ tsk tørret oregano
- 1 lille rødløg, fintsnittet
- salt og friskmalet sort peber
- 1 hvidløgsfed, knust
- 50 g mozzarellaost
- 200 g most tomat
- 1 stor (30 cm) eller 2 små (15 cm)
- 2 tsk tomatpuré
- frosne pizzabunde
Fremgangsmåde
- Forvarm ovnen til 200 grader.
- Sautér løg og hvidløg i en lille smule olie i cirka 4-5 minutter. Tilføj tomaterne, den frosne Quorn Fars, tomatpuréen, oreganoen og bouillonterningen. Varm det op og lad det simre i 5 minutter. Krydr med salt og sort peber.
- Placér pizzabunden(e) på en bageplade og hæld fyldet på. Drys med tørret oregano og revet ost. Bag i 10-15 minutter, indtil osten er gyldenbrun og boblende.
