- 1 gult løg
- 2 gulerødder
- 400 g hakkede tomater krydret med basilikum
- 2 dl rødvin
- 1 spsk grønsagsfond
- 2 spsk honning
- Salt
- Peber
- Olie til stegning
- 250 g ukogt spagetti
- Parmesan
- Friske krydderurter
Fremgangsmåde
- Kog pastaen efter anvisningerne.
- Skræl løg, hvidløg og gulerødder og riv dem fint.
- Varm olien i stegepanden. Steg farsen, gulerødder, løg og hvidløg på middelvarme, til de får farve. Tilsæt de resterende ingredienser og bland godt. Lad det småsimre cirka 10-15 minutter. Smag til med salt og peber.
- Server med nykogt pasta, parmesan og friske krydderurter.
