Ingredienser
- 175 g Quorn stykker
- 3 dl. fuldkornshvedemel
- 125 g smeltet smør
- 2,5 spsk. vand
- 1 løg, hakket
- 2 gulerødder, hakket
- 4 æg
- 4 dl mælk
- 150 g fetaost
- salt og peber
Fremgangsmåde
- Bland mel og smeltet smør sammen til en grynet masse. Tilsæt vand og ælt det til en dej.
- Fordel dejen i en smurt tærteform. Lad den derefter hvile i ca. 30 minutter.
- Sæt ovnen på 200 °C. Bag tærtedejen i ca. 15 min.
- Steg Quorn stykker, gulerødder og løg til de har fået farve og læg ingredienserne i tærtefadet.
- Pisk æg, mælk, salt og peber sammen og hæld derefter blandingen over i tærtefadet. Slut af med fetaost.
- Bag tærten nederst i ovnen i ca. 40 minutter. Server tærten med en grøn salat.
