Ingredienser
- 280 g Quorn stykker, optøede
- 8 spsk æblebalsamicoeddike
- 4 spsk vegetabilsk olie
- 1/2 tsk salt
- 1/2 tsk chiliflager
- En knivspids stødt kanel
- En knivspids stødt kryddernellike
- 2 papayaer, skrællet og skåret i både
- 1/2 agurk, skrællet og skåret i meget tynde strimler
- 2 mellemstore gulerødder, skrællet og skåret i tynde strimler
- 4 forårsløg, skåret i tynde skiver
- 80 g granatæblekerner
- 10 g koriander, hakket
- 10 g mynteblade, hakket
- 100 ml frisk appelsinsaft
- 2 spsk hvidvinseddike
- 1 tsk rørsukker
- 1 spsk olivenolie
- En knivspids salt og sort peber
Fremgangsmåde
- Kombinér ingredienserne til marinaden i en skål, tilføj Quorn Stykker, rør godt rundt og dæk så skålen til og stil den i køleskabet i 20 minutter.
- Forvarm ovnen til 200°C/400°F/Gasmærke 6
- Placér de marinerede Quorn Stykker på en let penslet bageplade og bag på den midterste rille i ovnen i 8-10 minutter, indtil de er gyldenbrune.
- Kombinér ingredienserne til salaten og bland dem godt sammen. Dryp salatdressingen ud over.
- Arrangér på en tallerken og kom de bagte Quorn Stykker ovenpå. Pynt med mynteblade.
