- 200 gr. Quorn vegan nuggets
- 2 fuldkornstortillaer
- 70 gr. vegansk cream cheese
- ½ reven gulerod
- 45 gr. sukkermajs
- 1/3 rød peberfrugt, skåret i tynde ringe
Fremgangsmåde
- Tilbered de veganske nuggets efter instruktionerne på pakken.
- Smør cream cheesen ligeligt på fuldkornstortillaerne. Fordel den revne gulerod, sukkermajsene og den røde peber på tortillaerne og læg dernæst 5 Quorn veganske nuggets på langs i midten.
- Rul tortillaerne stramt sammen til wraps, skær enderne af og skær til sidst hver tortilla i 8 ringe - velbekomme!
